Welcome

Welcome to my site. This is basically a place to test new things, and maybe eventually I'll get the ol' blog back up and running. But for now, it's just a spot to put stuff.

There's not much content at the moment, but eventually I'll post new stuff, maybe try to make it look not so barren-wasteland-ish

A Little About Myself

I originally grew up near London, Ontario the small fishing village of Port Stanley.

I attended Parkside Collegiate Institute where I got my first taste of programming with the Object Oriented Turing and Visual Basic languages.

In 2005, I moved to Ottawa and attended Algonquin College for Computer Engineering- Computer Science, where I had a class in Web Programming. I enjoyed it so much that after my first year of Comp. Sci, I changed programs to the newly created Internet Application Programmer course.

In April 2009, after 2 years of classes and 1 year of co-op at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, I graduated and was unleashed into the real world.

As you can see from my profile/portfolio, I'm currently working as a web development officer at the Canadian Radio-Television Telecommunications Commission in Gatineau, QC, and live in Chesterville, ON with my girlfriend and soon-to-be-born son.
